Today, Friday, 16 July 2021, I saw the above image titled “Duterte Legacy: Plant, Plant, Plant” shared on Facebook by the DA. I was in awe with its complexity behind its simplicity that I had to invent an award for this one. In itself, it is complete and compelling.

All that is a bare, basic and yet dramatic presentation of the 2-year accomplishments of the DA under the Servant Leadership of William Dar under PH President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
My personal congratulations to all staff of the DA in all regions of the Philippines – and to the minds and hands who conceived and executed the original imagery.
